Spare Parts 3D

Spare Parts 3D manufactures replacement parts using 3D printing, parts that are no longer available from the manufacturer. Many devices have to be disposed of for minor reasons. A worn gear, a broken hinge, a missing but necessary accessory can render devices completely unusable. We want to help ensure that these devices can continue to be used.

Specifically, we offer:

• Analysis and construction of the defective part
• Creation of the necessary 3D printing template
• Proper printing of the replacement part

What our spare parts can do - this is clarified individually and in consultation with the customer

• If necessary, we offer industrial-grade plastics that can withstand very high loads and/or high temperatures (max. 120°C).
• If necessary, we offer plastics that can come into contact with food
• If necessary, we offer plastics that are weather and UV resistant

What we do not offer

• Spare parts that must meet special requirements, e.g., brake pads for vehicles
• Spare parts that are exposed to extreme temperatures or tensile loads, e.g., parts inside combustion engines or trailer couplings
